I'm Tracy — and fitness has been my whole life.

Before I was a coach, I was a fitness model. I worked in print, commercials, and infomercials — so I understand what it takes to train at a high level, and I understand the pressure that comes with it. That experience gave me a foundation most coaches don't have.

Over the course of my career I've had the opportunity to work alongside some of the best in the industry — celebrity trainers, major fitness brands, and professional productions that took me from print to television. Those experiences weren't just résumé moments. They shaped the standard I hold myself to every single day and gave me a foundation that most coaches simply don't have.

Yoga has always been a core part of how I coach — I've taught in studios, gyms, outdoors, and in my clients' homes. Wherever you show up, I meet you there. My classes aren't just about movement — they're about building calm, strength, and a sense of community that carries into everyday life.

Fitness has always been a priority and a passion in my life. Women have always gravitated toward me with questions about fitness, nutrition, how I train, how I eat, how I stay consistent. And I have always loved those conversations. There is nothing I enjoy more than helping a woman figure out what actually works for her body and her life. I finally decided to build something real around what has always come naturally to me.

Today I work with clients one on one — in their homes, at the gym, or online. Every plan I build is completely personal. I've worked with women at every stage of life — busy moms juggling it all, women ready to make themselves a priority again, and young athletes just starting their fitness journey. Do I need a gym membership?

Not at all. I train clients at home, at the gym, and in person. Whatever your setup is, I build your plan around it. No gym? No problem. Have a gym? Even better. Both work.

Is this for beginners?

Absolutely. I work with women at every fitness level — complete beginners, women returning after a break, and experienced athletes looking to push further. Your plan starts exactly where you are right now.

What if I have a really busy schedule?

That's exactly who I coach. Working moms, women juggling careers and family — I build your plan around the time you actually have. Busy is not a barrier. It's the starting point.

How is this different from just following workouts online?

Online workouts don't know you, check in on you, or adjust when life gets hard. I do. The accountability and personal attention is what makes the difference between starting over and actually finishing.

What does a typical week look like?

Every Monday your new workout plan arrives. I check in on you Monday, Wednesday and Friday. My DMs are open daily for questions, wins, or venting. This is real coaching — not a download and disappear program.

What if I don't see results fast enough?

I adjust. Every week I review how you're doing and tweak the plan. Nothing is set in stone. If something isn't working I figure out why and fix it — that's my job.

How much does it cost?

1 on 1 coaching starts at $297 for your first month. No hidden fees, no long term contracts. If you want to continue after month one I offer a returning client rate. Payment is collected before we start.
